Details how ordinary people can create and operate a unique extended family-type support system to care for a friend or loved one. There mission is “To improve the quality of life of anyone who needs support and to reduce the stress, depression, isolation and economic hardship of their caregivers.”
For the African American community, SNTNC provides outreach and education to encourage early breast cancer screening, while providing a support network for breast cancer survivors and those currently battling breast cancer.
